Prevent Muscle Soreness From Your Boot Camps

As you get started with your boot camp training, one issue that may arise from time to time is post workout muscle soreness. This will likely be especially prevalent when you just begin due to the fact that your body is adjusting and adapting to the new stresses being placed upon itself and learning how to go about executing these new movements.

While you typically should be able to work through post-workout muscle soreness, for some people it does prove to be something that holds them back
